Our Journey

After years of exploring the world’s best coffee (and a stint building a tech startup), we traded city life for the rugged coastline and extreme weather of Caithness. Inspired by the untamed landscape and driven by the belief that truly great coffee should be both ethical and accessible, 58° Nørth was founded to bring a new standard of quality and sustainability to the Highlands.
