58 Nørth House Blend

A bold expression of our craft, the 58 Nørth House Blend combines two exceptional coffees from South America's most celebrated growing regions: Eagle Monte Carmelo from Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro and Dulima from Huila, Colombia.

The result is a beautifully balanced cup with vibrant fruit notes, delicate floral aromatics, rich sweetness, and a smooth milk chocolate finish. Roasted to bring out the unique character of each origin, this versatile blend performs equally well as a full-bodied espresso or a clean, expressive filter coffee.

About the Blend

Brazil – Eagle Monte Carmelo

Eagle Monte Carmelo represents a classic expression of the Cerrado Mineiro region, carefully selected for its consistent quality and approachable flavour profile. Sourced from a single estate, this coffee provides the sweet, chocolatey foundation of our House Blend while maintaining remarkable consistency from harvest to harvest.

This coffee is sourced through the Café Delas Program, an initiative that supports women coffee producers across Brazil. Every Café Delas coffee is grown exclusively by women farmers, with a portion of each sale reinvested into programmes that promote gender equality, education, and greater opportunities for women throughout coffee-growing communities.

Colombia – Dulima

Our Colombian component comes from Dulima, a carefully curated coffee sourced from smallholder farmers across the mountains and volcanic landscapes of Huila. Since 2009, Dulima has been developed to represent the distinctive flavour profile of central and southern Huila, with every lot selected through rigorous sensory evaluation to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.

The name Dulima honours the indigenous Pijao people, who referred to the nearby Tolima volcano as Dulima, meaning "Snow Queen." It reflects the rich cultural heritage and remarkable coffee-growing tradition of one of Colombia's most respected producing regions.
